Our Accountique Compact Plan provides a comprehensive monthly financial overview, including categorizing all business-related income and expenses. You will receive essential financial statements such as a Balance Sheet and a Profit and Loss statement. These insights are pivotal for informed decision-making, tax planning, and securing mid-year loans. Additionally, we offer unlimited email and text support for any queries.
The Accountique Compact Plan focuses primarily on monthly tracking of income and expenses. It does not cover more complex services like accrual accounting, detailed financials with class tracking or job profitability, invoicing, bill payment, payroll, sales tax filing, tax planning and preparation, and legal assistance. These services, along with monthly strategy sessions, are available as add-ons for an additional fee.
Upon enrolling in the Accountique Compact Plan, you'll be presented with an option to review and select additional services that best fit your business needs. This process is straightforward and tailored to enhance your bookkeeping experience.

Yes, QuickBooks Online (Essentials, Plus, or Advanced) is necessary for our bookkeeping services. Simple Start or QuickBooks Self Employed versions are not compatible. We offer a 30% discount for new clients for 12 months on QuickBooks Online subscriptions.
An engagement letter is essential. By accepting our terms of service, you effectively sign the engagement letter, which is downloadable from our membership site. No contract is needed to avail of our services. However, we do not offer partial month refunds.
