How We Support You
We clear all the confusion, anxiety, and wonder out of the notarization process by providing access to on-demand notary services in an efficient manner required by fiduciaries per the North Carolina Secretary of State ensuring your documents are notarized successfully.
Our fiduciary responsibility is serious business at Crystal Clear Notary. We are not attorneys licensed to practice law. We cannot give legal advice. Therefore, we cannot certify a document as a true copy, violate the law, notarize a document without the notarial wording, or decide what kind of notarial act or certificate to use if you do not provide one. We can offer a selection of certificates to pick from.
Our clients' time and convenience are important to us. Let us help you by educating you on your requirements.
You must:
- Appear in person before the notary public.
- Present valid government-issued photo identification.
- Present a credible witness with valid identification if required.
- Ensure your documents requiring notarization contain a notarial certificate with notarial wording.
- Pay the fee (no fee for absentee ballots).
- Sign your document in front of the notary.
- Sign our notary log/journal.

For any notarial act under this Chapter, actual mileage at the federal mileage rate if the travel reimbursement is agreed to by the principal in writing prior to the travel.
